He's done it! Chef Hersant has created a way to serve authentic Sicilian Cannolis. They're hot and crispy on the outside, while Cool & Creamy on the inside. I didn't even like cannolis until now. These go quickly so hurry over and try one today!

Recycling Tastes Great!
One question I get everyday, about the Torpasta is, “What do you do with the insides of the bread?” That is a great question! Up until now, we have been making croutons for our Two-Bit Caesar Salads. After a while we have no more room for croutons. We don't want to make waste of this amazingly soft bread so we decided to make Bread Pudding. Again, I wasn't sure if I would like bread pudding, but Chef Hersant worked his culinary magic and I'm amazed at this tantalizing dessert. Bread Pudding is the perfect answer to the question. We plan to make a couple different versions, but for now Brent has made it with a lemon cream sauce and raisins. Be on the lookout for a good bread pudding recipe and we will give it a shot.

That's right Jorge has come back to work at Devine Pastabilities. He's one of my favorite chef's. I ate at his omelet bar in O.B. every Sunday for almost 2 years. This guy can cook more things at one time than anyone I've ever seen. Jorge gives the word multi task a new meaning. Next time you're in for dinner please give Chef Jorge Morales a warm welcome back!
Pizza Prohibition
We are getting set to start doing local delivery's, but pizza hut is so afraid that you will find out that our pizza is far better, that they have forced me to sign a non-compete clause. Therefore, you will have to dine in or pick up a pizza from Devine Pastabilities. All other food items including the TORPASTA are available for delivery Mon – Sat. Deliveries will be within 3 miles of our restaurant and there will be a minimum of $15 and a $2 delivery charge.

Time Passes Quickly
Well, it has been three and a half years since the first Torpasta was sold. It feels like we are just starting to roll. I started in this business when I was 28 years old and continue to feel devoted to bringing San Diego a unique menu that inspires the child within us.
